MUSEUMS AT NIGHT AND THE ACCIDENTAL FESTIVAL JOIN FS ONE MAY

Future Shorts are pleased to announce innovative collaborations with Museums at Night and the Accidental Festival that see 12 special events take place across the UK throughout May as part of Future Shorts ONE.

May’s guest events join regular sell out shows in Brighton, Edinburgh, Exeter and Leeds, as well as in 18 different countries worldwide.

ONE will be connecting galleries and museums up and down the country on the 13th and 14th May as they open after-hours for the third annual Museums at Night. The official film programme will be screened in venues including Brading Roman Villa on the Isle of Wight, the Royal Marines Museum in Southsea and Glasgow’s Burrell Collection across the weekend.

In London on Friday 20th May, ONE takes place as an official part of the Accidental Festival, the student-run, cost neutral showcase of performance arts at London’s Roundhouse.

This month's official film selection includes Oscar winning animation The Lost Thing, wistful tales of teenage vivacity in Youth, critically acclaimed Derby and much more. If you fancy a preview of the programme, you can find it here...
