BONJOUR FESTIVAL DU CINÉMA EUROPÉEN
Future Shorts ONE heads to the French city of Lille next weekend as special guests at the Festival du Cinéma Européen.
The festival will host the official FS ONE Programme at Le Fresnoy in Tourcoing on Saturday 2nd April at 8.30pm, showcasing some of the best in short film from around the world. April’s official selection includes music videos from PJ Harvey and Liars, sexual fetishes in the documentary Two, beautiful Chinese animation This Is Love and much more. Click HERE for a sneak peek…
Accompanying the night is a lovely slice of French new wave/indie/pop courtesy of Let It Bleed (MUSIKBOX) and their super cool “alter-ego” Ô Superman (Pulsar).
The international films at Lille will be judged by a select panel of judges - including FS Programmer Tom Vaughan - with the overall winner announced on April 8th. Future Shorts will also be giving the festival’s winning film the opportunity to be part of a future FS ONE programme.
